Registration fees and requirements

Late fee for non-registration (Upto a period of 6 months from the date from which registration was due) Rs. 1000/-
Late fee for non-registration (Upto a period more than 6 months but upto five years) Rs. 3000/-
Late fee for non-registration (For period more than five years) Rs. 7000/-
Late fee for non-renewal of registration (Upto four months from the date from which registration is due for renewal) Rs. 200/-
Late fee for non-renewal of registration (For a period of more than four months but unto one year) Rs. 1500/-
Late fee for non-renewal of registration (For period more than one year) Rs. 3000/-
Certificate of good standing Rs. 3000/-
No objection certificate Rs. 1000/-
For change of name in the Register Rs. 2000/-

* The Above fee structure may be revised from time to time.

Registration Guidelines:

(a) If registered else where (MCI and other State).
i. Birth Certificate / Matriculation Certificate / SSC Exam Certificate with date of birth.
ii. MBBS Degree / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma / Post Doctoral Degree / any other.
iii. State Medical Council / Medical Council of India Registration Certificates with MBBS Qualification.
iv. Original Internship Completion Certificate.
v. Other evidence in support of my having obtained the qualification which I possess.
vi. No Objection Certificate from State Medical Council where earlier registered.The Applicant should produce the NOC within 6 months from the date of issue of the certificate, or else the registration will be suspended.
vii. Three recent passport size photographs with name and signature at the backside.
viii. Regarding fees, instead of making Bank Drafts & Cheques, please deposit the required amount to “The Manipur Medical Council”, A/c No. 06751000017048, IFS Code: PSIB0000675, Punjab & Sind Bank, Deulahland. Please deposit a copy of transaction memo/slip while submitting the form.

(b) In case of fresh registration.
i. Birth Certificate / Matriculation Certificate / SSC Exam Certificate with date of birth.
ii. MBBS Degree / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma / Post Doctoral Degree / any other.
iii. Original Internship Completion Certificate.
iv. Other evidence in support of my having obtained the qualification which I possess.
v. Three recent passport size photographs with name and signature at the backside.
vi. Regarding fees, instead of making Bank Drafts & Cheques, please deposit the required amount to “The Manipur Medical Council”, A/c No. 06751000017048, IFS Code: PSIB0000675, Punjab & Sind Bank, Deulahland. Please deposit a copy of transaction memo/slip while submitting the form.

(c) For Additional Qualification(s)
1. Copies of relevant additional qualification may be submitted with this application along with the originals, which would be returned after verification.
2. Only post graduate qualification(s) recognised by the Medical Council of India would be entered in the register.
3. Entries of additional qualification(s) would be entered only for those persons who possess a registrable basic medical qualification as included in the schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956.
4. The certificate of Registration with Manipur Medical Council shall be required to be submitted, in original, with this application.
5. Two recent passport size photographs with name and signature at the backside.
6. Bank Draft of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand) for each qualification, in favor of “The Manipur Medical Council” payable at Imphal (no-refundable).
